About ProTech
If your team loses hours every week to repetitive work — chasing follow-ups, answering the same questions, copying data between systems — we help you find the one workflow worth automating first, and prove it with a controlled pilot before anything wider. ProTech Innovations provides AI transformation and automation for growing companies: practical AI, with people in control of every workflow.
What comes first is an answer you can check: one workflow, ranked and baselined, and tested in a controlled pilot before anything wider.

The first step
The first engagement is an AI Opportunity Sprint: a structured look at your operations that ends with a ranked list of automatable workflows, a baseline for the top candidate, and a recommendation — including “not yet” where that is the honest answer. A pilot follows only if the sprint makes the case for one. See Products for the full offer list and How We Work for the delivery stages.
How we work
Our delivery approach is: measure first, one workflow at a time, with people approving what matters, working with the systems you already use, and no forced rollout. We agree a baseline and relevant measures before implementation, so any later result can be checked, not just asserted. See How We Work for the full delivery stages. That description covers our method and our deliverables; it is not a promise of a specific saving, revenue lift, or timeline for any particular business.
Who we are built to help
We are built for growing companies — owners, operations directors, and sales and customer-experience leaders — whose teams lose time to repetitive work, slow follow-up, overloaded support, and disconnected systems. We do not try to serve every industry at once: our first focus is professional services, e-commerce, sales-driven businesses, support teams, and operationally intensive small and mid-sized companies, where a workflow can be mapped, piloted, and measured.
We do not start with high-compliance automation — such as hiring, credit, healthcare, or government workflows — unless the compliance capability for that work is in place first. The Industries page marks healthcare-adjacent work as future-only for the same reason.
The aim is to remove repetitive tasks from people's weeks, not to remove people: every workflow keeps human review and escalation, and a pilot that would only pay off by cutting roles is not a pilot we recommend.
Our transition
ProTech's background is in technology and digital services, and this AI practice is built on that background — discovery, implementation, and ongoing support — rather than on claimed AI delivery results we have not yet measured and published. We will publish client results only when they are measured, permissioned, and verified.
What transfers is the delivery discipline itself: the same discovery, workflow design, systems integration, and ongoing support that the pilot method uses — agreeing a baseline first, keeping a person in approval, and expanding only what the pilot shows to work.
Education background
ProTech's background includes educational and learning activity, including ProTech Academy, which is a separate site linked in the footer. That history explains how we learned to explain, build, and support technology; it is not presented here as commercial AI implementation evidence, and no learning-related figure is used on this site as AI delivery proof.
Leadership and expertise
No individual bios, qualifications, job titles, or team sizes are published on this page, because none have been verified for publication in this new positioning. What can be stated generally, from the company's established technology and digital-services background, is that the practice is organised around business discovery, workflow design, systems integration, and ongoing support — not around a single tool, a single vendor, or a single claim of expertise. Named leadership details will be added only when the individuals concerned have confirmed the exact wording.
What we will not claim
We will not claim any of the following unless it is documented, measured, and approved for publication:
- Certifications, accreditations, or vendor partnerships
- Client names, testimonials, or case-study results
- Percentage cost savings, revenue increases, or time savings
- Fixed prices, timelines, or service-level guarantees
- Founding dates, headcounts, or student/client totals as AI delivery proof
- That educational reach, course enrolments, or academy activity equal commercial AI implementation
What we will claim: our process, our deliverables, and — once verified — measured pilot outcomes, with client permission and a stated baseline.
What verification means here: a result is published only when the starting baseline, the measure used, the outcome observed, and the client's permission to publish are all on record. Until then, the demos on this site are labelled illustrative demonstrations, not client case studies.
Ready to find the first opportunity?
Start with a conversation, not a commitment. The call is free — a discovery conversation about one workflow, not a full technical audit: your operations, your main challenge, and whether an opportunity assessment fits. It is not a guaranteed proposal, price, or implementation commitment.
