Review pending while collection is live: this page is a readable summary, not a complete legal policy and not legal advice. This site already collects real enquiries, so this review is outstanding: it must be reviewed for the actual jurisdictions, data practices, providers, and contracts that apply. Anything marked “to be confirmed” below must be filled in from real practice, not guessed.

What we collect — and only when you send it

Only the fields on the booking page: full name, work email, company, website, job role, industry, main operational challenge, and — if you choose to add them — company size and existing tools, plus the submission time recorded by the form. We do not ask for passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal data in an enquiry.

Why we collect it

Only to arrange and prepare for an AI Opportunity Discovery Call: to understand the workflow you describe, to check whether it fits the work ProTech takes on, and to contact you about that conversation. It is not collected to enrol you in marketing emails unless you have given appropriate permission for that separately.

What happens when you submit

The booking form records submissions in ProTech's Google Form responses and a Google Sheets lead log, and creates a calendar follow-up reminder. It does not create a full CRM record, and it does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Do not treat a form submission as a confirmed booking — a booking is confirmed only when you pick a time through the booking link on the Book page.

Sharing, storage, and retention — partly confirmed

Booking submissions are stored in ProTech's Google Form responses and a Google Sheets lead log (Google Forms and Google Sheets, operated by Google), and a follow-up reminder event (name, company, work email, challenge) is placed on ProTech's Google Calendar. No full CRM, email-marketing, or analytics provider is connected yet. Booking a time is handled by TidyCal (see below); the form itself does not book a call.

The Book page embeds a Google Form, so visiting that page loads Google content; Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that content: Google Privacy Policy. Booking a time uses TidyCal: the Book and thank-you pages embed TidyCal's booking calendar, so visiting those pages loads TidyCal content; picking a time sends your name, email, and chosen time to TidyCal, which creates the calendar event with a Google Meet link. TidyCal's own terms apply to the booking. TidyCal bookings are added to the Sheets lead log (name, email, booking time, and Meet link, taken from the calendar event the booking creates). Retention period and deletion handling are still to be confirmed in a reviewed version of this page; do not assume a storage country or governing law from this page alone.

Your choices

You can choose not to send an enquiry, and you can ask what has been recorded about an enquiry you sent, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, once a real contact route and mailbox are published on the Contact page. Until that route exists, this page cannot promise a specific handling time for such requests. No privacy-request channel is published yet, so until one is, there is no published way to send such a request.

Changes to this page

If providers, purposes, or retention change, this page must be updated before the change takes effect for new visitors — not afterwards. The previous version should be kept on record by the company.
