How to read this page. Group A is the core AI offer set. Group B is supporting work from the company's history. Group B is not, on its own, proof of AI delivery experience. Scope, timing and commercial terms for any item are agreed after an AI Opportunity Discovery Call and a review of your workflow — they are not published here.

Group A — Core AI offers

These are the AI transformation, automation and managed-AI offers. One workflow and unclear priorities → start with the Sprint. Several use cases, or sensitive operational, customer or employee data → start with the Roadmap. Move to a pilot or workflow only once a use case, a baseline and human review points are agreed. "Enterprise" in the offer names below means scope and governance, not company size.

Typical journey: Sprint or Roadmap → Pilot → Workflow → Deployment, with Managed AI and Governance running alongside once something is live. Training runs in parallel. The SMB subscription is an alternative to a custom build, not a step after deployment.

A1 — Starting point

AI Opportunity Sprint

Outcome: A ranked answer to where AI should start in your business, so the first step is agreed instead of debated.

What it is: A focused, time-boxed review of your workflows, including stakeholder discussions, to find and rank the AI and automation opportunities worth pursuing first.

Who it is for: Growing SMBs and mid-sized companies with repetitive work, unclear AI priorities, or a long list of possible tools and no agreed order.

What you receive: A workflow review, a ranked opportunity list, an initial baseline for the top opportunities, and a recommended first step with a go/no-go decision note — including a discussion of expected costs and the benefits to measure.

Boundary: A sprint ranks opportunities; it does not build or run a workflow — that is what the Pilot (A3) is for.

A2 — Planning

Enterprise AI Roadmap

Outcome: A controlled adoption order, with data, security, governance and sequencing agreed up front instead of tools bought one by one.

What it is: A wider adoption plan covering data, security, governance, change management and sequencing, so AI is introduced in a controlled order rather than tool by tool.

Who it is for: Companies planning more than one AI use case, or handling sensitive operational, customer or employee data and needing clear ownership and controls.

What you receive: A data and security review, a governance and change plan, prioritised use cases, and a phased adoption roadmap with decision points.

Boundary: A roadmap plans adoption; it does not build or run workflows.

A3 — Proof before scale

Production-Ready Pilot

Outcome: Evidence from your own workflow, so a wider rollout is decided on measured results rather than on a promise.

What it is: One clearly defined use case, built to production standards and run as a controlled pilot, with quality checks and measurement against the baseline agreed before it starts. A pilot proves one use case on your own workflow.

Who it is for: Companies that want evidence from their own workflow before committing to a wider rollout.

What you receive: A scoped pilot, test and quality evaluation, a measurement report against the baseline, and a recommendation on whether — and how — to scale it.

Boundary: A pilot proves one use case; it does not include a wider rollout — that is Enterprise Deployment (A5).

A4 — Build

Automation Workflow

Outcome: One repetitive workflow handled between your systems, with human approvals where they matter, so your team stops copying data, chasing approvals and re-typing information.

What it is: An automated workflow connecting your CRM, email, ERP, documents or other systems, with human approvals built in at the points that matter.

Who it is for: Sales, support, operations and back-office teams losing time to copying data, chasing approvals, or re-typing information between systems.

What you receive: A workflow design, system integrations, testing, human escalation paths, and documentation of how the workflow runs and who approves what.

Boundary: One workflow in production for one team or process — not an enterprise-wide rollout, and not a pilot: choose the Pilot (A3) when the use case still needs evidence before production.

A5 — Scale

Enterprise Deployment

Outcome: Proven workflows extended across teams, systems and higher volumes, with monitoring and routines for ongoing business use.

What it is: A wider, institutional rollout of proven workflows, with integrations, monitoring and operating routines designed for ongoing business use.

Who it is for: Companies that have a successful pilot or workflow and need it to run reliably across teams, systems and higher volumes.

What you receive: Integrated deployments, monitoring and operating procedures, access and permission reviews, and a handover plan for ongoing support.

Boundary: Deployment follows a successful pilot or workflow; it is not the place to test an unproven use case.

A6 — Run it

Managed AI

Outcome: Workflows that stay useful, accurate and cost-aware after launch, watched and improved instead of left to drift.

What it is: Ongoing operation, monitoring, maintenance and improvement of your AI workflows, so they stay useful, accurate and cost-aware after launch.

Who it is for: Companies already running AI or automation who need someone to watch quality, cost and performance, and to improve the workflow over time.

What you receive: Monitoring and maintenance, cost tracking, incident handling, and regular improvement cycles.

Boundary: Support terms, including how incidents are handled, are agreed in contract; no response-time guarantee is published here.

A7 — Govern it

AI Governance Retainer

Outcome: AI use that stays documented and reviewable, so decisions, data handling and model behaviour can be accounted for.

What it is: Ongoing risk, compliance and evaluation reviews for your AI use, so decisions, data handling and model behaviour stay documented and reviewable.

Who it is for: Companies using AI in customer, operational or people-facing processes where accountability, data handling and audit trails matter.

What you receive: Risk registers, compliance and evaluation reviews, documented decisions, and recommendations for controls and improvements.

Boundary: Governance reviews document risk and decisions; they do not replace legal advice, which is agreed separately if needed.

A8 — Enable your team

AI Adoption Training for Teams

Outcome: A team that uses new AI workflows safely and consistently, with shared understanding, safe-use habits and clear escalation rules.

What it is: Practical training for managers and operations teams on using AI and automation safely and effectively in their day-to-day work.

Who it is for: Leadership and operations teams adopting new AI workflows who need shared understanding, safe-use habits and clear escalation rules.

What you receive: Worked examples from your own workflows, role-relevant training sessions, safe-use guidance, and follow-up materials for your team.

Boundary: Training enables your team to use workflows; it does not build or run the workflows themselves.

A9 — Standard package

SMB Automation Subscription

Outcome: A standard workflow set up for your business without a fully custom build, where fit has already been shown.

What it is: A standard, repeatable automation package for small and mid-sized businesses — a defined workflow, set up and configured for you, on a recurring engagement — instead of a fully custom build.

Who it is for: Smaller businesses that need a standard, well-defined workflow rather than a fully custom build.

What you receive: A defined package scope, setup and configuration, documentation, and ongoing support terms agreed before you start.

Boundary: Offered only for workflows where fit has already been shown, confirmed on the call or after a sprint or pilot; availability depends on proven fit for your workflow.

Group B — Supporting capabilities

Kept separate on purpose. These capabilities come from the company's earlier technology and digital-services work. They can support an AI project — for example, a website or store that an automation workflow connects to — but they are not presented here as AI delivery proof, client results, or certifications.

Web Development & Design

Outcome: A website your business can rely on, and that automation and AI workflows can connect to.

What it is: Custom-built websites and user-friendly design, built around your business needs and your existing tools.

Who it is for: Companies that need a new or rebuilt website, or a website that automation and AI workflows can connect to.

What you receive: A designed and built website, with content structure, forms and integrations agreed for your project.

Boundary: Supporting work: a website can support an AI project, but it is not presented as AI delivery proof.

General Technology Courses (via Academy)

Outcome: Practical technology skills for learners and teams, built separately from any commercial AI delivery project.

What it is: Technology and skills training, including on-demand courses, hands-on sessions and project guidance for learners and teams. For commercial AI adoption training for your team, see A8 above — this card is general skills training, not project training.

Who it is for: Individuals and teams building practical technology skills, separately from a commercial AI delivery project.

What you receive: Training content and guidance as agreed for the course or programme.

Boundary: Educational reach is not presented as commercial AI delivery experience.
