Start with the result you want
Tell us the outcome you want — faster follow-up, fewer manual steps, cleaner records, in your own words — and the first step is a 15-minute AI Opportunity Discovery Call. That call is a conversation about one workflow, not a proposal, a price, or an implementation commitment.

Three things to bring
Come with these three, and the call starts from the result instead of from a tool or a feature list:
- The result you want — in your own words, without needing to promise a number.
- The one workflow that takes the most time — the task your team repeats every week.
- Who would approve a change — the person who can agree what a pilot would be measured against.
Choose the right route
1. Book an AI Opportunity Discovery Call — best for most businesses
Use this if you want to discuss a specific workflow, sales follow-up, support, or document problem.

The booking form on that page records requests in ProTech's Google Form and a Google Sheets lead log, with a calendar follow-up reminder. It does not create a full CRM record, and submitting the form does not book a call — booking a time is separate, from the Book page.
2. Not ready to book yet?
There is currently no email address or mailbox for a general enquiry — the booking form is the only route to ProTech on this site. Use the same request form and describe a general enquiry in the challenge field — say in the first line that it is a general enquiry, not a call request, and include the items in “What to include” below. A direct email address, office location, and phone number will be published here only once confirmed by the company — none is invented on this page.
3. Looking for courses or the old site?
Those live elsewhere and are untouched by this preview: Current WordPress site and ProTech Academy. Please do not use this AI-transformation site for course enrolment questions.
What to include in an enquiry
A short, specific message gets a useful reply faster than a general “tell me about AI” note. Include:
- The result you want, in your own words — without needing to promise a number
- Your name, company, and job role
- Your website, if you have one
- Your industry and roughly how your team works today
- The one workflow that takes the most time, or the one problem you most want fixed
- The tools you already use for that workflow (for example, your CRM, support tool, or document system)
Please do not send: passwords, API keys, or sensitive customer, employee, health, or financial data in an initial enquiry. Those details, if ever needed, belong in a later, agreed, secure step — not in a first message.
What happens next — the process, not a promise
- Your booking-form submission is recorded. Submissions through the booking form are recorded in ProTech's Google Form responses and logged, with a calendar follow-up reminder. They are not routed into a CRM, and a form submission is not a confirmed booking — booking a time is separate, from the Book page.
- It is checked against the kind of work ProTech takes on: a clear, repetitive workflow, an existing system it can connect to, and a decision-maker who can agree a baseline to measure against.
- If it looks like a fit, the next step is a discovery conversation to map the workflow and agree what a pilot or assessment would cover. If it is not a fit, that should be said plainly, with a reason, rather than left unanswered.
- No proposal, price, or implementation commitment is made at this stage. Those follow a separate written agreement after discovery.
Response expectations: this page states a process, not a guaranteed response time. No “reply within X hours/days” promise is made here, because no response-time commitment has been confirmed. Once a real CRM and mailbox are connected, a stated response process should replace this note.
